For my sixth project at TripleTen, I designed a food blog. Due to my personal interest in food and frequent use of culinary websites, the foodie in me was really excited for this project. My goal was to create an engaging, inviting experience that would encourage users to explore recipes and spend more time on the site.

Drawing from common patterns in successful food and lifestyle platforms, I focused on visual and emotional cues that influence appetite and mood. I selected a warm, neutral color palette accented with yellows to stimulate appetite and create a sense of warmth and comfort, which aligns with the type of comfort food featured on the homepage.

I paired the warm palette with a playful, friendly typeface to reinforce an approachable, joyful tone to make the browsing experience feel light and enjoyable. Together, the color and typography choices were designed to increase engagement, support brand personality, and create an environment that feels both cozy and fun with the goal to encourage users to explore and return to the page.
